Would not repeat billing experience, disappointing compared to past systems
Having used several billing and payment software solutions before, I must say that my experience here was unfortunately less satisfactory. The sign-up was straightforward initially, but when it came to invoicing and payments, the system felt overly complicated and unintuitive compared to other options I'm familiar with. It took more time to locate invoices, and the labels they used were confusing for quick understanding. The payment confirmation process was slower, and I often had to call support just to clarify simple issues which in previous experiences were automated and streamlined. I also found the lack of clear instructions within the billing dashboard problematic. Given these limitations, I would hesitate to use this system again for my payment management, especially when there are alternatives that offer a smoother, less time-consuming financial process.
