Would not recommend to beginners who need full guidance
I tried using WorkFromHomeIndia software thinking it would be an easy way to manage remote tasks, but honestly, I found myself stuck most of the time figuring things out. The sign-up process was ok, but when it came to using the database and dialer, I had to experiment a lot on my own since telephonic support was not very helpful. They gave me some instructions, but these were often generic and left me confused. Automatic updates sometimes changed parts of the software without clear notice, so I had to discover new problems myself. I don’t mean to sound harsh, but this software probably suits people who have prior experience or someone who can dedicate time to research and learn without much hand-holding. If you prefer a service where support walks you through every step patiently, this might frustrate you. I was hoping to get more direct assistance instead of needing to read manuals or figure out the database features independently. So in my view, this product is not the best fit for users who want an easy, fully guided onboarding experience.
