Would not do the onboarding again given the confusing labels
To be honest, I struggled quite a bit with the training and onboarding because the wording on labels and instructions just didn’t make sense to me. At the start, I wasn’t clear what to click or input, as some buttons had vague names that didn’t explain their function. I tried to follow the steps in order but often felt lost, having to backtrack multiple times when something didn’t work the way I expected. The initial video tutorials were not detailed enough to clarify these confusing points either. Even when I reached the calling tools setup, the terms used didn’t align with what I had learned earlier. Support was somewhat helpful but barely could explain the mismatch in wording either. Because of this, I felt very frustrated and hesitant to continue. If I had to decide again, I don’t think I would repeat this onboarding experience due to these communication problems and unclear labels, which make learning unnecessarily hard for someone like me.
