Would not do it again based on this confusing experience

I had expected the sales and pre-purchase labels to be straightforward and intuitive, but the wording often felt misleading or unclear. For example, the onboarding options were labeled in a way that didn't really match what actually happened when I tried to set them up. I thought I was signing up for a simple process, but there were steps described with phrases that seemed to mean one thing and then behaved quite differently when I accessed the software features. Compared to other remote workflow products I've used, this was frustrating because I anticipated clear guidance and easy navigation from the start, but that was not entirely the case here. On the plus side, the payment terms were mostly understandable once I got through the initial confusion, so I suppose that part was at least okay. Overall, this experience with the wording and labels has left me doubtful about repeating this purchase. I think the company could benefit from revisiting the sales presentation to better match expectations with the actual product and processes, otherwise I don’t see myself coming back given how disconnected the terms felt from the user reality.
