Would not do it again, at least not like this

I honestly expected more after hearing about this software but it really didn’t work for me. Compared to the tools I previously used, this just felt clunky and more complicated than necessary. The sign-up process was confusing, and the explanations during sales felt rushed. I tried reaching out to support a few times but didn’t get clear answers, which was frustrating. The dialer wouldn’t integrate properly with the database, so my whole workflow was disrupted. I was hoping for an easier onboarding, but it ended up wasting my time. If I had the choice, I would not choose to go through this again. Definitely not what I expected from something that’s supposed to help with remote workflows.
