The dialer would freeze randomly and sometimes calls just didn’t connect. Database syncing was a nightmare, data would disappear or just not show up where it was supposed to. Tried calling support repeatedly but response was slow and not very helpful, felt like they just didn’t understand the issue properly. Automatic updates didn’t fix anything, sometimes they made the software even slower and more glitchy. Onboarding promised easy steps but it felt like a confusing maze, I had to guess most parts instead of clear instructions. The payment and sign up was okay but honestly that’s the only smooth part of this whole experience. After trying everything for nearly a week I had to stop wasting time on it. The software is not reliable for my needs and support didn’t make it any better. I wouldn’t recommend buying this unless you like constant frustration and no real results while trying to run your remote work efficiently.
