Would not choose to use it again

I expected the billing and payment labels to be straightforward and clear, something like familiar invoicing terms. Instead, I found the wording confusing, with labels that were misleading compared to other software platforms I have used. The payment process overall felt more complicated than anticipated. Contrary to a simple flow, multiple pages with unclear terminology made it harder to track my invoices. Although the software’s other features worked as advertised, this made me hesitate to continue because clarity in billing is key for me. Reflecting on my experience, I would not choose to use it again given how the payment system felt unintuitive and overly complex relative to what I was expecting.
