Would not choose this training again based on my experience

The training and onboarding were somewhat disappointing for me. While the platform covered the basics well, when I encountered issues during onboarding, the support’s approach to resolving them felt slow and not very proactive. It took longer than expected to get clear guidance on how to fix setup errors, and sometimes the explanations were too brief. On the positive side, though, the training materials themselves were reasonably thorough if taken at face value, providing a useful foundation. Still, because of how glitches were handled, I found myself losing confidence in the process. If I had to do it again, I’m not sure I would choose the same approach since the support during trouble moments did not meet my expectations.
