Would not choose this again based on billing
I expected the billing process to match the transparent information I saw upfront, but it really didn't. From the moment I signed up, what was promised didn't line up with what actually appeared on my invoices. The charges seemed to come out differently than what I thought would happen based on the sign-up page and explanation given earlier. I was hoping for a smoother and clearer invoicing process, but instead, I was left with confusion on how payments were being calculated. I also found the payment steps cumbersome compared to what I had anticipated. The automatic updates to billing cycles or amounts, if any, were not clearly communicated. Because I had difficulties verifying what exactly I was being charged for, I struggled to trust the process. Despite contacting telephonic support a few times, I didn't get satisfying clarity. Compared to other similar services, this was not what I expected so it was frustrating to deal with these surprises. If I had a chance to do it again, I doubt I would pick the same plan or product package given my experience with billing and payments here.
