Would I use their support again? It's a mixed bag
I recently used the WFHI telephonic support for some assistance with the dialer features. On one hand, the representatives were polite and helped clarify some of the terminology used in their software interface, which initially felt rather technical and dense. The labels for functions like 'database sync' and 'call logs' were clear once explained, so that was helpful. However, certain descriptions within the onboard training program didn’t quite match what I was seeing in the software, which was frustrating. The onboarding flow itself felt a bit disjointed, as some key steps were glossed over, leaving me to figure things out myself later on. The priority assistance was responsive, but I didn’t find that the wording always made complete sense—there were a few instances of jargon that could confuse users not familiar with technical terms. Given all this, I’d say I might use WFHI’s support again, but with tempered expectations. Their team does try, but the way they label and explain things needs refinement to avoid misunderstandings. Overall, a mixed experience that partially worked for me though it felt half-baked in certain ways.
