Would I subscribe again? The software was both helpful and confusing
Looking back on my use of the remote workflow software by WFHI, I can say that the overall experience was a mixed bag. The software itself provided a compact set of calling tools and a decent dialer interface that helped me keep track of contacts through the database feature. However, the learning curve during onboarding was steeper than I anticipated; many explanations were a little technical and sometimes left me guessing when updates rolled out automatically without much heads-up. I remember the invoicing and payment system was straightforward and never gave me trouble, which was a definite plus to keep things going smoothly. Also, telephonic support was hit-and-miss — some calls were surprisingly helpful while others took a long time to resolve simple queries. After weighing the pros and cons, I’d say I might consider using the software again if the training process were improved and communications made more consistent. It’s useful if you’re patient and flexible, but it’s not the simplest solution for someone needing a fast and hassle-free setup. The software itself has potential, it just needs better user guidance and backup support.
