The training and onboarding process, while comprehensive, did not align well with the hours I could realistically dedicate. Content was dense and sometimes scheduled at times that conflicted with my workflow, making it difficult to follow properly. The training materials themselves were okay and provided some value, but the way onboarding stretched over days without clear flexibility was frustrating. I expected more adaptability for different working hours. Given the effort versus practical benefit, I doubt I would choose the same path again, as it felt inefficient for my circumstances despite the resources being decent in content and structure.
