The onboarding process was generally smooth and the training sessions were informative, helping me grasp the remote workflow concepts effectively. The dialer and calling tools matched what I'd hoped for, allowing efficient contact management. However, I did notice occasional glitches in the automatic update system, which disrupted my database usage momentarily. Despite this minor issue, the invoicing and payment system was straightforward with timely support available. If I were to consider buying again, I would proceed with some reservation about the updates, but overall it met my expectations sufficiently well to justify continued use.
