Would I go through the process again? Mixed feelings
When I first started using the software, I appreciated how the onboarding steps were laid out logically to some extent, especially the initial database setup which felt straightforward and manageable. However, as I progressed, some steps seemed out of sync, like the integration with the dialer tool that came before fully understanding the calling workflows. This disrupted my expected flow and meant I had to backtrack a bit, which wasn't ideal. On the positive side, the automatic updates worked smoothly and didn’t interrupt my sessions, so that was a relief. The sign-up process was fairly simple, and invoicing was clear, which made financial aspects less of a headache. Despite these upsides, the lack of a more intuitive step order gave me pause. Would I do it all again? Probably, because the benefits overall outweigh the annoyances, but it would definitely be with some preparedness for these quirks and a bit more patience.
