Would I go for it again? I'm not totally sure
When I first started using WFHI software, I had some expectations from my previous experience with other remote workflow tools. The onboarding flow was clear at first, which I liked, but I soon found some features that didn't quite match up to what I was used to. For instance, the calling tools worked smoothly for a few days but occasionally froze, which was frustrating. On the other hand, the automatic updates happened without hassle, so I didn't have to worry about manual patches. The database feature was helpful, though I had to spend time figuring out how it fit into my daily tasks. Calling telephonic support was decent but not always immediately responsive. Overall, while there were some useful aspects, the combination of ups and downs leaves me a bit unsure if I'd choose WFHI again without some improvements in stability and support.
