Would I do this support routine again? Yes, with some tweaks
I went into WFHI’s support and communications hoping for a smooth, sensible experience, and it was a bit of a mixed bag. The steps they had me follow to troubleshoot the dialer and database features were laid out logically, which made it easy to work through the problems one at a time. I liked how the telephonic support was patient and explained things clearly, which helped me stay engaged. However, there were occasions when the sequence of advice didn’t quite align with the actual issues I faced, so I had to go back and forth several times. Also, some parts of the onboarding felt rushed despite clear instructions elsewhere, which threw me off balance momentarily. Despite these inconsistencies, I think I would do the same support routine again, especially because the overall approach was upbeat and helpful. The communication style encouraged me to keep going through the challenges instead of getting frustrated. So even though it’s not perfect, I appreciated the effort and would be willing to invest time in that process again if needed.
