Starting with WFHI’s onboarding seemed pretty straightforward at first but as I moved along, I realized I had to figure out quite a bit on my own. The initial training videos and tutorials covered the basics, but when it came to the calling tools and dialer, I spent some extra time experimenting without much guidance. I did appreciate how the database feature integrated nicely once I got past the initial confusion, and the automatic updates kept the software running smoothly without me having to intervene. The payment and sign-up process were fairly seamless, though invoicing details didn’t always make sense right away, so I called support for help. They were helpful over the phone, but the back-and-forth took longer than I expected. Despite that, the overall experience was positive and I did get the hang of it after a while. So if I had to do onboarding again, I would—but it would be easier if there was a bit more structured support during the learning curve. As it stands, I would try it once more with some added guidance.
