I was hoping the setup would be mostly a one-time thing, but honestly it felt like a constant struggle. The initial onboarding was okay — the steps were clear enough and the software installed without too much fuss. But after getting started, I found that I needed to continuously tweak configurations just to keep the calling tools functioning as expected. The dialing system occasionally dropped calls or didn't register contacts properly. Telephonic support was polite but slow to respond, leaving me to figure a lot out on my own. Automatic updates sometimes introduced new bugs which interrupted workflows rather than helped. One positive was the invoicing process: it was straightforward, and payment options were clear, so I never worried about that part. Yet, overall, the balance leaned heavily toward frustration because ongoing adjustments took more time than I anticipated. If I were to decide again, I might consider other options or prepare for a much more hands-on approach. The idea sounded good but the reality was less satisfying after all the effort I had to put in after the initial setup.
