Would I do this again? Maybe, but it’s a time investment
Starting with WFHI wasn’t exactly instant. The process took longer than I expected from sign-up to actually feeling comfortable using the platform. It wasn’t all bad, since the training and support helped a bit along the way, but I can’t say it was super quick to get going. Setting up the dialer and importing data into the provided database felt a bit slow, and some updates created little hiccups that I had to troubleshoot myself. On the flip side, the software itself seems competent and the tools work fine once everything is in place. I guess for someone willing to spend the time, it’s manageable. I appreciated how clear the invoicing was once I’d paid and got my account sorted. Looking back, I’m a little unsure if I’d want to start the whole process again immediately because of the time hassle, but I don’t regret giving it a try. If I had to weigh the pros and cons, the learning curve might be worth it, though I’d want a faster onboarding next time. So yes, maybe with some differences I’d do it again.
