Would I do this again? Honestly, unsure
I was really interested in the software and training offered by WFHI, and I thought the sales process might be straightforward, but it turned out to be quite a frustrating experience. From the beginning, I noticed a lot of repetition in the information provided. Every call seemed to circle back to the same points without adding anything new, which made me feel like my time wasn’t being valued. On top of that, the waiting times on the phone were longer than I expected, sometimes leaving me on hold for quite a while without clear updates. I understand that detailed explanation is important, especially when it involves training and software features, but there’s a line between helpful repetition and inconvenience. The person on the other side of the line was polite, but sometimes responses felt scripted. A small reservation I had was that I wished the process was more streamlined; perhaps a concise overview first and then a deeper dive would have helped. Also, I found that signing up was a bit tedious because I had to repeat information multiple times during the calls. Would I use WFHI’s sales process again? Honestly, probably not, unless improvements are made to reduce repetitive conversations and to speed up the waiting times. I really wanted to have a better start, and this felt a bit exhausting right from the pre-purchase phase. It’s a pity, because the software itself seems promising, but the initial contact let me down.
