Would I do this again? Definitely not.
I tried the training and onboarding offered with this software, hoping it would be clear and easy to follow, but honestly, I found the wording confusing right from the start. The labels on the dashboard and during setup didn’t make sense to me, which made every step take longer and feel frustrating. Sometimes, I wasn’t sure if I was actually moving forward or just stuck in the same place. The explanations were vague, and I was left guessing what certain options were for, which doesn’t help when you’re new to remote workflows. I don’t think I would recommend this process to a friend, nor would I do it again myself. It felt like I was wasting my time trying to figure out what was what instead of getting straight to using the software productively. It’s disappointing, especially since onboarding is supposed to make things easier, but here it only made me doubt if I could even manage the software.
