Would I do the training again? Probably, yes, but with some hesitations
Honestly, the training and onboarding had its ups and downs when it came to daily use after the initial setup. On one hand, the training provided a solid foundation, but on the other hand, the system sometimes behaved unpredictably. For example, the dialer sometimes lagged or froze, which was frustrating considering I expected things to be smoother after training. The database feature was powerful, but it took a lot of effort and repeated consultation to figure out how best to integrate it into my workflow effectively. Support was helpful, but I often found myself repeating issues or waiting longer than I wanted for answers. The automatic updates did improve some things, although occasionally they made small changes that disrupted my usual way of working. Payment and invoicing worked without major issues, so that part was reliable. Considering all this, if I had to do it again, I would, but I would be mentally prepared for the initial bumps. It’s clear there’s value here, but it requires patience and persistence. I expected the process to iron out the bugs faster, but the reality was a little different. Still, I acknowledge that some level of trial and error might be necessary with any software. So, I am cautiously optimistic about using the system again, but I’m aware it might not be seamless.
