Would I do the training again? Honestly, maybe but with less patience
I've been through several training and onboarding programs before, so I knew roughly what to expect. The sessions covered the software's functionalities, especially the dialer and the database features. By the end, I felt fairly confident navigating the workflows, but the process was a bit repetitive and sometimes felt dragged out. The trainers explained the concepts clearly, but as someone who's used similar tools, I hoped for a faster pace. The automatic updates integrated seamlessly, which eased some concerns. Payment and invoicing were straightforward, no surprises there. Though I gained the proficiency I needed, I can’t say I enjoyed the experience much—it was more of a necessary routine. Reflecting on it, I'd probably opt to review tutorial materials on my own next time and only attend selective live sessions. The support line was helpful when I called, but I don't foresee myself needing that level of assistance again soon. So, I’d do the training again if it’s mandatory or unavoidable, but I’m hoping the process could be streamlined so it feels less like repeating the basics.
