Would I do the pre-purchase run again? Honestly, maybe not
After going through the whole sales and pre-purchase process, I’m still on the fence about whether I’d repeat it. Initially, the communication was clear enough, but as the talks dragged on, I started feeling a bit exhausted answering the same questions and clarifying my needs again and again. It wasn't that the information wasn’t useful, but rather that each interaction felt repetitive. By the time I reached the decision point, I wasn’t as confident as I’d hoped to be. The onboarding promised a smooth experience, but some details weren’t fully spelled out in advance, which added to the uncertainty. So if asked again if I’d want to put myself through this same routine, I’d probably hesitate. Maybe next time, I’d try to be a bit more direct about exactly what I need upfront to avoid going in circles.
