Would I do the onboarding again? Probably yes, with some caveats
The training and onboarding offered by WFHI provided a fairly thorough introduction to the remote work software and associated tools. I appreciated that the material was well organized and covered essential aspects like the dialer and database features in a structured manner. Over the course of the sessions, I felt increasingly confident navigating the system and understood how workflows were meant to function independently. The automatic updates helped keep software performance reliable, reducing technical concerns. On the other hand, I did notice that the pacing was slightly rapid at times, making it challenging to absorb every detail in real time. A little more hands-on practice with the calling tools during training would have been beneficial. Despite this, the telephonic support was responsive when I needed clarification right after onboarding, which helped solidify my understanding. Taking all factors into account, I would participate in this kind of onboarding again if given the opportunity, though I would be prepared to invest extra personal time to fully grasp all nuances. Overall, the experience gave me a solid foundation to manage remote workflows independently, making it a worthwhile process.
