Would I do the onboarding again? Mostly yes, but with reservations
Starting the training with WFHI software was an interesting experience. I was a bit surprised at how long it took me to get fully comfortable with the onboarding process. At first, the steps seemed clear enough but it took more time than I expected to navigate the different features and understand how the training modules really matched my workflow. The dialer and calling tools especially took several attempts before I felt confident using them regularly. That said, the support team was quite responsive and helped clarify some doubts during the initial days, which was a big plus. Overall, the automatic updates happened smoothly, without interrupting my learning or access. I’m still weighing how much of this was due to my unfamiliarity and how much was just the natural pace of this training format. It’s a good system but requires a fair amount of patience at the start. If I had to choose now, I think I would do it again, but maybe with a bit more attention to the resources provided early on to speed up the getting-ready phase. So yes, I’m cautiously optimistic about recommending it to others who want to learn similar workflows remotely, provided they have the time to invest.
