The training and onboarding process had some clear strengths, especially in how it covered the basic

The training and onboarding process had some clear strengths, especially in how it covered the basics of the remote workflow software. The language used was mostly clear, but occasionally some terms and labels made me pause and wonder if I was missing a piece of the puzzle. While the material helped me get started, the inconsistency in the labels sometimes slowed me down. Still, the guided tutorials balanced this by explaining the broader concepts well. Overall, the onboarding had its mix of clarity and confusion, so I might consider doing it again but would also like to see some improvements in terminology consistency.
