Would I do onboarding again? Probably not

When I first went through the training and onboarding, I noticed the wording used in instructions was sometimes confusing rather than clear. For example, certain labels on the dashboard and the way options were named didn’t match my expectations, leading me to spend extra time figuring out which button to press or which feature I was activating. The onboarding flow started well but soon introduced jargon-heavy phrases that didn’t seem intuitive for someone like me. During the training, I also found that the repetition was not balanced with explanations, so I sometimes felt like I was waiting around without gaining much clarity. The database feature was a bit tricky because the wording on data entry didn’t explain how the automatic updates would handle changes. Even telephonic support, which I thought might help, was limited in clearing up label confusion and felt scripted. Given all this, I think I wouldn’t recommend repeating this onboarding with the same expectations, since it demands quite a bit of effort just to understand basic terminology. I might look for something more straightforward next time, as ambiguity slowed my progress quite a lot.
