Would I do onboarding again? Honestly, I'm not sure
Reflecting back on my experience with the training and onboarding process, I have to say it was quite frustrating and time-consuming. It took me much longer than expected to navigate through the various modules and understand how to use the software effectively. The instructions were at times unclear, and I had to replay training videos multiple times. It felt like I was stuck in a loop of trying to get the dialer and database features to function as intended, but something always seemed off. The automatic updates introduced changes that I wasn’t prepared for, which added to the confusion rather than alleviating it. Support was available, but getting through on calls could be a test of patience, and the solutions offered often didn’t feel tailored to my specific issues. I honestly debated whether this investment in time was worth it. Though I learned some things, the overall experience felt inefficient. Looking back, I’m uncertain if I would willingly commit to going through the entire onboarding and training again; it felt more like a hurdle than a help. Perhaps it works better for others, but this experience left me quite frustrated and doubtful about repeating it.
