The training and onboarding process from WFHI was quite thorough compared to other platforms I've used. I appreciated the detailed guidance on using the calling tools and dialer, which was well structured and easy to follow. However, I noticed that some training modules assumed prior experience with similar software, which made the early sessions a bit challenging. Still, the interactive elements kept me engaged, and the pace was decent. Given my experience, I think I would go through their training again, though I hope they might include more beginner-friendly content next time to better accommodate all levels of users.
