Would I do it again? Somewhat, but with hesitation
Having used several onboarding programs before, I found the WFHI training a mix of helpful and frustrating elements. Initially, the step-by-step instructions were clearer than what I’d seen elsewhere, making the first stages of setup straightforward. The software walkthrough especially helped me understand the dialer and calling tools quickly, which was a relief. However, when I tried to integrate the database feature for my workflows, things got complicated. Some functionalities I expected were either hidden or missing, which slowed me down. I appreciated the automatic updates that kept the software current without manual effort, but those updates occasionally reset some of my personalized settings, which was annoying. Telephonic support was reachable and generally courteous, but I sometimes felt the responses were slow or lacked depth. The sign-up and invoicing process went smoothly, no issues there, with clear communication about payments. So, weighing it all, I’d probably use WFHI’s onboarding and training again, though I’d allow for some trial and error to navigate the quirks that still exist.
