Would I do it again? Probably not without improvements
Looking back at my experience with WFHI before purchase, I realize I probably had to figure out a lot on my own. The sales and pre-purchase information was quite sparse, meaning I spent a lot of time trying to understand exactly what the software could do and how the training would be delivered. The sign-up process wasn’t as guided as I expected, so I made a few mistakes in selecting the right features. The invoicing was mostly okay but could have been more detailed to prevent confusion. The lack of very clear demo or trial session made me unsure about the calling tools and how the database feature would fit my needs. Because of this, I needed extra time to learn and adapt than I had planned. If I had to choose again, I might look elsewhere or wait until WFHI improves the pre-purchase explanations and onboarding flow. The product itself seems functional, but initial clarity was missing for me.
