Would I do it again? Probably not, despite initial promise
Initially, buying access to the WFHI software felt like a promising step towards streamlining my remote work tasks. The sign-up was straightforward enough, and the first training session seemed helpful. However, as days went by, the software started behaving unpredictably on a day-to-day basis. Calls through the dialer would drop without warning, and database entries sometimes failed to save properly. Although support was reachable over the phone, the responses felt scripted and not very helpful for the nuanced issues I faced. Invoicing and payments were handled without hassle, which was one of the few positive aspects. Still, the core experience with the software itself left me frustrated rather than empowered. Given how important smooth software is for remote workflows, I don’t think I would purchase or recommend these services again. The training and updates didn’t seem to resolve the ongoing problems I faced, and the overall feeling was that the system was not ready for consistent daily use despite appearances at the start.
