Would I do it again? Not sure due to setup hassles
When I started using the WFHI software, the initial setup required quite a bit of one-off effort, including configuring the dialer and inputting data into the database. This took some time, but once done, the ongoing experience was smoother with automatic updates keeping the system current. However, my main frustration was that certain aspects of the software still needed manual attention regularly, like managing calling lists and verifying the contact data, which felt like recurring tasks that ate into my workflow. Accessing the software itself was straightforward, and telephonic support was available if I ran into trouble, which I appreciate. The invoicing and payment process was also clear and predictable. On balance, while I recognize that the one-time configuration was acceptable, the ongoing maintenance felt more than I expected. Given this, I am hesitant about renewing or recommending it repeatedly. Perhaps for someone with more time to devote to managing these details, it could be worthwhile, but overall, I think I would look for alternatives next time. So, would I do it again? Probably not, unless improvements are made to reduce ongoing setup tasks.
