would I do it again? not really the best fit for me
So overall I can say the training and onboarding felt kinda rough after the initial setup day. It wasnt a smooth ride continuing day to day using the software. The database management felt unnecessarily complicated, and sometimes the dialer wouldn’t behave as expected which slowed down my work. Updates were automatic but occasionally caused new glitches that werent fun to troubleshoot with support, especially when the solutions took a long time. I did appreciate the initial clarity in sign-up and payment process because that was hassle free. But day to day, the training didn’t seem to reinforce everything needed for consistent success. Telephonic support was there, but not exactly prompt enough to fix problems right away. Honestly, if I had a chance, I’d think twice before doing this training again since I felt it needed more follow-up and easier guidance throughout the whole experience rather than just the start. So the usual excitement of starting remote workflow stuff got a bit tired for me because it wasn’t as smooth as I thought it should be long term. I guess for some people it might work, but I probably won’t pick this path again as it was more frustrating than helpful.
