Would I do it again? Not really due to complexity
Reflecting on my experience with the WFHI pre-purchase and sales stage, I found it a struggle to find exactly what I needed about the software’s features and training scope. The website had information but was a bit scattered, so I spent a lot of time trying to piece together which package suited my needs. The phone support was only somewhat helpful since it didn’t clarify all my doubts initially. In the end, while the product itself is fine, the difficulty navigating information stands out when thinking about repeating the process. I am not convinced I would go through it again due to how much effort it took upfront just to understand the offerings. It’s not impossible, but not the easiest to pick for a quick sign-up when you want clarity on features and updates.
