Looking back after several weeks of using the WFHI software, I find myself torn. On the one hand, the database feature was decent enough; it did store and display details clearly, which was helpful for keeping track of contacts. But beyond that, finding specific settings or tools was surprisingly tricky. The interface doesn’t seem as intuitive as I expected, and navigating through menus often felt like a maze. Even after finishing the onboarding training, I had to hunt around repeatedly just to figure out how to set up the dialer correctly. Automatic updates rolled out without much notice, sometimes resulting in minor glitches that disrupted my workflow for a few minutes each time. Telephonic support was average but not particularly quick, so small issues took longer to sort out. The sign-up and payment process itself was smooth, so that part at least worked fine. However, the overall software experience made me question if I’d choose this service again for managing remote workflows. It might work better for others, but for me, the difficulty in accessing what I needed outweighed the occasional positive aspects.
