Would I do it again? No, it didn’t fit my working hours

I was interested in the WFHI product because I thought it might align with the hours I can work remotely. Before purchasing, the sales process was straightforward enough, though somewhat unclear about how adaptable the software would be for different time schedules. After signing up, I realized the software and training sessions did not match the hours I actually work during my day. The calling tools and dialer seemed designed for more fixed or standard shifts, and they weren’t flexible to my irregular hours. This made managing or logging in to the platform difficult at times. The onboarding process required steps and training at set times even though I tried to access recordings. This did not fit well with my available hours, so I often missed parts that were essential. Although invoicing and payments were processed without delay, this did not solve the problem of software usability during my working times. Support communication was delayed or unavailable during my preferred hours or days. After a few weeks, it was clear to me the system was not tailored for my hours and way of working. So while I appreciate the product possibly working for others, for me it did not. I would not do it again unless there was more flexibility built into the hours where the software and training can be accessed. The sales process failed to clarify how time zones and working shifts relate. That should have been communicated better beforehand.
