Using the WFHI software, I found that while the core features worked well, I had to figure quite a bit out on my own. The access process was straightforward, but the interface required some time to get comfortable with all the modules like the dialer and database. What helped was the availability of telephonic support when I reached out, though sometimes the answers were a bit generic and not fully tuned to my specific issues. The automatic updates brought some improvements, but occasionally they changed things without much notice, which threw me off. I appreciate that the invoicing and payments process was relatively smooth and clear, with timely invoices and straightforward payment gateways. On the whole, I think I could do it again if I had the patience to learn more by myself, but it would help if the software was a little more intuitive for first-timers. It’s not perfect, but there’s enough functionality and support to make it worthwhile, depending on your comfort level with self-learning the system.
