When I first started using the WFHI software, I found that a good portion of it was intuitive, especially the calling tools and database feature. These parts helped me manage my remote workflow reasonably well once I figured them out. However, I had to spend a significant amount of time working out other aspects on my own, like setting up automatic updates and understanding the invoicing system, since the onboarding flow wasn’t as straightforward as I had hoped. Telephonic support was helpful but not immediately responsive all the time, which slowed me down a bit. The sign-up and payment process went smoothly, with invoices arriving correctly, so that part was a relief. Overall, while some parts were quite efficient and saved me time, others felt like a learning curve that wasn’t fully supported, so I ended up spending more effort than I expected. Given this mixed experience, I'm unsure if I’d choose WFHI again or look for something that requires less self-navigation.
