Would I do it again? Maybe, with some reservations
The support from WFHI was generally responsive enough. Whenever I reached out by phone with a question, someone picked up in a reasonable time frame and provided the information I needed. There were times when I had to clarify a couple of points to get exactly what I was looking for, so it wasn’t perfect but workable. Communication was straightforward and factual with no fluff or unclear responses. The dialing tools functioned as expected during my usage, and the updates did not interfere with ongoing tasks. Signing up and payments were handled without any fuss. If I had to decide about using it again, I’d say probably yes, though I’m aware better alternatives might exist for faster support or more detailed guidance. In general, it met my basic needs, but it didn’t impress me enough to recommend strongly without reservations.
