The sales and pre-purchase steps felt a bit all over the place. Initially, I liked the enthusiasm and clear explanations, but then the order of information and steps seemed disorganized. For example, I was asked to sign up and pay before I fully understood how the software would fit my needs. The training was offered only after payment, which surprised me since I expected an overview or trial beforehand. Onboarding details came quite late, and this made me unsure at some points whether I would proceed. I did appreciate that the invoicing was transparent and that the billing worked as stated, but the whole sequence of engagement felt rushed and not well paced. It was a bit hard to stay confident without clear priorities set early on. To be fair, there was one thing that was fine: the database tool seemed well designed when I finally started using it. Still, considering the overall experience, I think I might not choose this service again based on how the steps were handled. It could be smoother and better planned so buyers wouldn’t feel uncertain.
