So I tried out the WFHI software and the whole onboarding process was smooth enough; I managed to get the dialer working and actually found the database feature pretty handy. But then, some parts didn't go as planned, especially the calling tool which lagged sometimes mid-call, making things frustrating. The support was okay but I wasn't blown away; they answered but it felt a little routine. Automatic updates were a mixed bag too — some improved the software while others messed with features I was used to. The sign-up and payment steps were straightforward, which was a relief. If I need help again next time? Maybe yes, maybe no, depends on whether those glitches get fixed. Overall, good in parts but problematic in others; sort of makes me want to wait and see if improvements come before trying again honestly.
