Would I do it again? I’m not so sure
Going through the sign-up and pre-purchase process felt somewhat repetitive and at times a bit tedious. There were moments when I wasn’t sure if I was waiting for a response from support or whether I had to take the next step myself. The database feature was straightforward enough to understand, and I did find the dialer tool helpful during trial sessions. However, the training involved repeating materials or explanations that I felt I had already grasped, which led to some frustration. I do think the automatic updates are a nice touch in keeping the software current without manual intervention, and that was genuinely appreciated. On the other hand, the telephonic support was not consistently available when I needed it: sometimes I got through quickly, other times it took longer, which wasn’t great. The payment and invoicing process itself was clear and quite smooth, something I can say with certainty. Weighing everything, the experience left me unsure if I would go through the purchase process a second time. It served the purpose, but there’s room for improvement, especially in streamlining communications to reduce waiting and repetition. Ultimately, I remain cautiously neutral about the whole journey.
