Yaar, billing aur payments ke baare mein toh main batati hoon, sab thoda unclear raha. Jab maine sign-up kiya tha, toh mujhe laga invoice details aur payment options clearly samjhayenge, par aisa kuch zyada hua nahi. Kabhi kabhi mujhe lagta ki mujhe apne aap hi woh sab pata karna padta hai jo mujhe karna chahiye. Payment confirmation bhi instantly nahi aati thi, thoda wait karna padta tha. Par haan, payment portal stable tha aur transaction mein koi issue nahi aaya, altough guide thodi better ho sakti thi. Support team thoda slow tha respond karne mein, par unhone finally meri problem solve ki thi. Overall toh main hesitate karti hoon repeat karne mein, kyunki agar billing samajh mein nahi aata toh kaam me dikkat ho sakti hai. But I liked the interface and other features, bas thodi aur clarity chahiye thi payment process mein.
