You made the initial training and onboarding a bit frustrating. The setup felt clunky and like it was meant to be done only once, but really, every time I tried to get started or make updates, it felt like I had to redo parts of it. The documentation wasn't clear about what was ongoing and what was one-off and that led to unnecessary back and forth. Also, the way you structured the training didn't match well with how the software actually worked day-to-day. Some steps felt redundant and once you finished the initial setup, the rest felt like guesswork without ongoing guidance. You do have a few good tools like the dialer working fine and I appreciated the automatic updates working in the background, but overall the experience was more annoying than helpful. If I had to decide today, I'd probably not go through the whole thing again unless you fixed the ongoing training and made it clear how to do updates. The sign-up and payment was okay but didn't feel special enough to offset the hassle. So yeah, not sure I'd buy in again with the current setup.
