Looking back on the training and onboarding process, I have mixed feelings. The material seemed comprehensive at first, but as I progressed, I found myself struggling to keep up with the software’s intricacies. Although the initial sessions promised a reasonable introduction, I didn’t gain much confidence by the time I finished the onboarding. There were moments when the instructions were clear, especially about basic navigation and using the calling tools, but more complex features like the database and dialer setup remained vague. I tried reaching out to support a few times, but the responses were slow or sometimes didn’t fully address my doubts. The automatic updates introduced changes that sometimes confused rather than helped me adapt. Invoicing and payments were straightforward enough but didn’t compensate for the lack of clarity elsewhere. It’s been a while now, and I’m still not sure I would choose to go through the whole training again, mainly because I didn’t feel adequately prepared even at the end. It’s possible my own expectations were too high, but overall, it’s been a frustrating experience that left me hesitant about repeating the process.
