So I was pretty excited to try out WFHI because the website made it sound like a smooth, no-hassle type of deal with all the features and training they offer. But, honestly, the whole process felt kinda confusing from the start. The sign-up seemed straightforward but once I got the software, it was a different story. The dialer didn’t work as I expected, and the training didn’t really match what they promised. I thought the onboarding would be simple but it dragged on way too long, and sometimes I felt like I was on my own figuring things out. The database feature that I was counting on felt really clunky and didn’t sync well with the calling tools. Also, the invoicing and payment were a bit confusing with some unclear charges which made me extra wary. I called their support multiple times hoping for quick answers but most of the time I ended up waiting or getting vague responses. Honestly, if I knew it would be like this, I probably wouldn’t have signed up. So, would I do it again? Maybe not. Just felt like it didn’t match what I thought I was getting from the start, and that’s frustrating.
