My experience with pre-purchase and sales communications was mostly frustrating because I had to figure out many details myself without much clear guidance. The sign-up process was not intuitive, and the software terminology wasn’t well explained, which made me spend extra time trying to learn it on my own. Even the billing and invoicing terms were somewhat opaque, forcing me to rely on support calls that took longer than expected. The automatic updates sometimes altered features without clear notices, adding to my confusion. While the calling tools and database features worked okay, I felt like the onboarding flow was less structured than I had hoped. Given this mix of unclear instructions and the work needed to figure out what to do next, I’m doubtful I would choose the same platform again in this way. If I had a chance to do it over, I’d probably look for a service with clearer, more comprehensive pre-purchase information and onboarding. Overall, the lack of clarity and flow makes me hesitant about repeating the experience anytime soon.
