I went through the explanations offered before purchasing, intending to understand the signup and training process clearly. Some parts were straightforward, such as the description of the software tools and the database feature's purpose. However, the detailing around the calling tools and the dialer seemed less comprehensive, leaving me uncertain at points. The onboarding flow was mentioned but not illustrated thoroughly, which made me hesitate during setup. On the other hand, invoicing and payment steps were described adequately, so I felt prepared there. Overall, certain areas were clear and useful, but others lacked enough depth to confidently decide without extra help. Because of that, I can't fully say I would choose to do it again without some improvements in how the steps are communicated.
